Impetus: I was in Los Angeles and had to get back to Orlando; it was $270 direct from Ontario, CA's airport to ORL and $140 from Ontario to JFK on Jet Blue. Yes, it's a crazy way to run a hospital (or life), but I'm nothing if not impractical then suddenly practical.
